"House was large enough for all of us and had activities for my grandsons like a Ping Pong table etc. It is an odd space but very comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own drinking water since the water tastes a bit strange. We were disappointed that the boys couldn't paddle board right from the lake in front of the house. There is a nice restaurant at the end of the road although the town itself is quite small. "

The internet and TV were available in this wonderful Garden home, it is just that we didn't use them because there was so much to do that didn't involve technology. "the house was very nice. The kitchen had everything, except the coffee maker was only 4 cups. It sits high on a hill over looking the bay. There is no beach, it's all rock and not easily accessible. You had to be very careful walking down the hill to the lake due to loose rocks."

We could access the retreat center to enjoy the bakery cafe, the common room and the breakfast dining room. We walked the trails, walked to the play ground, and art store. "Very good value for the money. The room was clean the furniture was good looking and not as it were from the Salvation Army store. Even though it is on main street, it is hard to even notice the place while driving past it. I have driven past it for six or seven years now, and never even knew it was there."

"We enjoyed this hotel. The diner next to it was great and affordable. They had the best rueban sandwich. The owners of this hotel were super nice. They don't have heat on the bottom floor and we didn't know this. The owner or manager gave us a space heater that worked well! It was a nice quiet place. "
