"Studio 1 Motel was a great little place to stay. Close to the 401, but right next to gas stations, restaurants, and a grocery store, it was convenient to get to. The room was clean and well set up. The pillows were very thin, but this was the only thing we noticed as less than ideal. It was quiet and we didn't notice any noise from outside the room. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for a reasonable price. We will definitely be going back to stay again. Thank you."

"Property is well maintained however in the room I noticed that there are a few garbage on the floor from previous guests. Walls are a bit dirty but could be cleaned by wiping. "
