This condo's location is perfect for experiencing all that Bear Lake has to offer. What's nearby: This rental is right on a paved bike path that connects you to Harbor Village. It is also within walking distance of a marina, as well as Garden City Beach, and great Mexican cuisine at Cafe Sabor. Just a short drive away, you can also experience the Minnetonka Caves and the Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. THINGS TO KNOW The shared hot tub and outdoor pool are only available in summer. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Condo had a lot of room and beds for everyone plus some. We would book this property again. Somethings I would change. The beds all of them were old and very uncomfortable. The HVAC system needs to be uodated. The basement was freezing (which is how I like to sleep) the upstairs rooms could double for saunas. Too hot to sleep upstairs. The decks were really nice to relax and watch the sunrise and set but they sqeeked and I wasn't sure how sturdy they were. Check in and out was easy. ##### Megan S. Can sleep quite a few. It needs upgraded. The couches are old felt type material, which looks dingy where people sit and smells a little funny. The whole condo has a mild smell to it. Worst place we've stayed in bear lake The kitchen floor and carpet throughout was disgusting and dirty. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and a good deep cleaning. The couch on the main level is old and saggy, you can feel the bars through the cushions. The pullout beds (in the 2 couches and one roll away) were so uncomfortable that no one was able to use them. The kids had to double up in the other beds. The kitchen is not well stocked, just some random pots and pans but it's missing things like cookie sheets and hot pads. The cooking utensils were old and stained or melted. The decks were pretty sketchy. We love bear lake and still had a blast on our trip, but we will never stay at this condo again. ##### Sarah T. It was perfectly clean and comfortable with plenty of beds & baths for our party of 8\. We did a lot of cooking and found every tool, pot & pan we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Laundry room is a big bonus when you're using the beach. The office staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in and out. We hope to use this one again. ##### beth j.
