Our group had about 30 people and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you might need, even multiple grills (we smoked meat one night).The beds are comfy and bathrooms are stocked. The hosts were available and quick to respond. We will definitely be returning. We are in Bear Lake 4-5 times a year and have stayed everywhere from Sweetwater to Fish Haven. Great layout and amazing rooms. Our only complaint was that it wasn't very kids friendly. To many breakable decorations and not really anywhere for kids to play. The playground was too far away to be safe for kids, and was claimed by the other house. The big family bedroom did not have 2 queens in it, as advertised. One was at least 6 inches narrower.
