This was just what we hoped it would be. Convenient, Quiet, Clean and all the comforts we needed. It was well stocked, decorated and comfortable. If you are looking for an overnight stay with a view, it is a great place. We felt it was overpriced. We rent at Bear Lake 3-5 times a summer (Ideal beach, Harbor village, private cabins). Check in at this property was 4 pm, check out was at 10 am. Property owner was unwilling to bend on either time in spite of requests. Meaning: we paid $300+ for an 18 hour stay. The ad did not mention there was no trailer parking is included. Only after paying did we find out that boat/jet ski parking is a first come, first serve $15-per-trailer- per night fee (at the lodge below). Ad was also misleading as to the accessibility of resort ammenities. The pool is at the bottom of a steep hill about 3 blocks away, with children you really need to drive to it.
