I don't feel that was very accommodating then they charged me 20.00 more than they quoted me and I had to call to get a refund. Overall it was a really nice stay BEAUTIFUL view your responses to my questions were quick. I booked this cabin and it had 4 10 star reviews. I have no idea how! We got in late and started noticing issues immediately. The carpets were dirty, floor outlets were duct taped to the floor, bench leg was super loose and wobbly, crumbs all over couch. Clearly housekeeping didn't do their job. Then we noticed brown stains on the bedding in the master bedroom, a giant gap in the wall in the hallway where you could see inside the bedroom. Upon further inspection my kids found a huge knife under the bunkbeds along with an insane amount of trash. There were countless more issues but the most frustrating part was how dismissive and rude the property manager was when he stopped by to "address the concerns". He kept telling my husband and I that it wasn't that big of a deal and that housekeeping "completed their checklist". He was not apologetic and seemed really irritated that we even had concerns. They offered to have housekeeping come and reclean but if they couldn't do it right before and management didn't see a problem then I wasn't going to waste my time. We were told they had no other properties available so we couldn't move properties. We were 4 hours from home and my kids were exhausted. There were no hotels available for the night OR even any other rental houses available so we were forced to stay the night.
