Look no further! Casita Turquesa is the ultimate destination for those seeking a dreamy escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled in the heart of Garden City, Casita Turquesa is the ideal home base for exploring all that beautiful Bear Lake has to offer. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, explore the breathtaking mountains, or immerse yourself in the food scene, Casita Turquesa has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Our townhouse offers a cozy and intimate setting - utilizing every living space to the fullest potential. We've created three separate gathering spaces making it the perfect choice for those seeking a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for their vacation. So, if sitting cheek to cheek with your neighbor isn't your thing, don't you fear! Escape upstairs to another spot to spread out and watch a show of your own. There are 12 beds so everyone can get a comfortable night's sleep. Two bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds so individual families can have their own private room if that's your jam (because it's totally ours!). We've stocked the kitchen with basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, flatware, plates, bowls, and cups hoping to make your stay easy and convenient. An Instapot, griddle, toaster, Ninja blender, and coffee dripper are included as well to lighten your cooking load. We keep a foldable table and extra chairs in the garage and sometimes have the kid-o's dine out there when it's warm - a fun way to create some extra seating space during meal times. Our townhouse is a new build in a location that is still in development. On weekdays, you may witness the sights and sounds of construction. Please be respectful to workers and stay out of building sites. We've got a prime location right downtown Garden City (especially if you have little people in tow), with a 3-minute walk to Bear Lake's famous shakes (important), restaurants, mini-golf, bike path & a few blocks from public beach access. There's also easy access to ATV trails and Beaver Mountain skiing and snowboarding is just a 15-minute drive up the canyon. This place is the definition of convenient recreation. Casita Turquesa has 3 designated parking spots - one in the garage (compact cars only), then one in front of the garage, and another adjacent to that in front of our unit's main floor window (see listing photos for a visual on parking parameters). Even though we are an end unit, parking is not allowed on grass or gravel. This is a townhouse complex so parking resembles that of a small parking lot as our unit is connected to other units. It can be tight on busy weekends! If you need extra parking, there is an overflow parking lot south of the complex, however, it is first come first serve only and not guaranteed especially on busy weekends or holidays. Come make some incredible memories at Bear Lake, kick back and relax with family and friends at the Casita. There were a few things that could have been cleaned better like the stove and inside the oven was quite dirty. The master bath mirror and shower door were not very clean but other than that it was clean. The only other issue was the TV situations the one in the master didn’t allow us to watch anything and the one downstairs had pretty much every channel but the ones you would want to watch we really wanted to watch the Olympics at night but couldn’t access any local channel that would allow us to do so. It was super close to town about a 5 min walk which was great and beds and bedding were nice and comfy! I would suggest changing the picture in the listing that shows the queen bed with the triple bunks bec as that room is NOT accurate it is just a queen bed and the other room has two sets of triple bunks one set queen size and one twin size! ##### Joey L. This was our first opportunity to enjoy Garden City in the winter. We had such a marvelous time. The weather was beautiful, lots of fresh snow everywhere. Just a 20 minute drive to beaver mountain ski resort, which is an exceptional value and provides, excellent terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. There is a lot of snowmobiling opportunities nearby, too, including rentals. The townhome was immaculate, as advertised, absolutely brand new!! Very tastefully decorated with lots of fun, framed come quotes on all of walls. The host was 100% accessible and very easy to work with. The property manager was so helpful with any of our needs, questions, or concerns! The layout is perfect with plenty of beds, everyone had their own space! We spent a few nights here and loved it, everything was clean and new, plenty of beds, well stocked for anything you might need. The hosts were quick to answer any questions, and were great to work with. The rooms were spacious and the streaming TV's were plentiful...pretty much one per room! There was construction occurring in the area, but the inconvenience was minimal. The location is central to Garden City and we walked to the restaurants a couple of times for dinner. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks! ##### Larry S.
