Ideally located in the heart of Garden City, within walking distance of Raspberry Square dining, shopping, entertainment, gas and grocery. Recreate at Bear Lake (only 2 blocks away!), the slopes of Beaver Mountain (just a 15 minute drive!), nearby pickleball courts, adventure park, go-karts, beaches and playhouse (all within walking distance or just minutes away). Or, stay in and relax on the patio! You'll have access to a one car private garage plus parking for additional vehicles. Multiple adjacent units can be rented, making this location ideal for a group of any size. Bring your family and friends and enjoy making memories together in this prime location!
