Relax in cozy, designer bedrooms with high-end mattresses, including the stunning master bedroom, 3 additional bedrooms, and bonus bunk room, with 3 bathrooms! Everything is tastefully designed for a unique getaway experience. Ideally located in the heart of Garden City, within walking distance of Raspberry Square dining, shopping, entertainment, gas and grocery. Recreate at Bear Lake (only 2 blocks away!), the slopes of Beaver Mountain (just a 15 minute drive!), nearby pickleball courts, adventure park, go-karts, beaches and playhouse (all within walking distance or just minutes away). Or, stay in and relax on the patio! You'll have access to a one car private garage plus parking for additional vehicles. Multiple adjacent units can be rented, making this location ideal for a group of any size. Bring your family and friends and enjoy making memories together in this prime location! KITCHEN/DINING: Come enjoy our modern kitchen with attached dining that is perfect for families. We have stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and furnished it with top of the line appliances. We had no idea what to expect. Everything was perfect. The home was much larger than expected with so many bedrooms from which to choose. Things were very tidy and exactly where they should be when looking for them. It would be a fantastic place for a large group too. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We didn’t cook while we were there as we ate at my in-laws’ RV parked at the KOA across the street, but the kitchen seemed to have everything anyone would need. Nicely organized and cared for.
