Small, rustic residence "Ca' Pignoi", 4 storeys. 7 apartments in the residence. Above Garda, 2.5 km from the centre, in an elevated position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 2.5 km from the lake, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: internet access, WiFi, heating to be paid on the spot. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Peschiera del Garda 20 km, Malcesine 30 km, Verona 40 km. The owner does not accept any groups.  
3-room apartment 50 m2 on 3 levels on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom.
