### Sabinas Villa Malpaís House inside of banana plantation with ocean view

A 250m² house nestled in the middle of a millennia old Phoenician junipers forest with more than 200 trees, surrounded by a working banana plantation right by the sea in a volcanic landscape.  
  
 Sunbathing, dining outside the house, swimming in a nearby semi private cove, and the best sunsets ever on a veranda overlooking the sea...  
  
 A beautiful, relaxing holiday home for up to eight people, family or friends who want to be away from the crowds.  
  
 Ramp for wheelchair access, although not fully wheelchair accessible. Wonderful hiking trails throughout, limited shopping possibilities in the small town of El Guincho, directly above the property. Restaurants nearby.  
  
 Weekly bed linen change; change of bath towels and cleaning service every other day.  
  
 Private parking in front of the house  
  
 We recomend to rent a car at the airport
