Upon entering, you'll discover a spacious living room with a majestic fireplace that becomes the heart of the home. This space is divided into two distinct areas: a cozy seating area with two armchairs by the fire, perfect for reading or relaxing on cooler afternoons, and another with a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a conversation or a movie. From here, you access a beautiful interior patio with a skylight, which fills the space with natural light and creates a tranquil atmosphere.
