The owner graciously met us at the property, just long enough to give us a quick intro to the house and property. While the decor is a bit dated, the house was clean and comfortable. The owner is aware of some needed updates/upgrades and is currently working on them. We had one “issue” with water access, but the owner resolved the issue within hours of us notifying him. I spent a fantastic long weekend here escaping the city fireworks with my dog. We enjoyed the early morning walks and bird watching and relaxing by the river in the afternoon. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything I needed. I was so sad to leave, and would love to return in the future.
