The area where the hotel is located a bit bland in terms of restaurants and entertainment options, but given the proximity to public transport, we didn't mind it. "

"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! (Attractions, department store, a few blocks from a street foods etc…) "

"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"Great hotel in a good location. Near to plenty of shops and restaurants. The metro is only a few minuets walk plus there is a bus service outside with direct connections to Incheon airport. Finally managed to use the swimming pool this trip. Although not that big, if you time it well its pretty empty. Great changing room facilities. They even supply your own t-shirt and swimming shorts if you forget yours."
