« Amazing stay at The Leela Gandhinagar. This was my second visit in one month and the team made everything effortless. Special thanks to Nikita Kashyap at reception so positive professional and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they did not take my credit card for extras and simply said I could pay at checkout. That truly shows trust and class. Huge appreciation for Neelam Thakur from room service outstanding service and the best tea I’ve had in Gujarat. She personally made it for me....

« Did not get Wi fi connection for 2 hours after checking in: they said person was out for lunch! Covering staff did not know what he needed to do! Had to log in for Wi fi again next day even with continued stay. Saw a mouse outside the room the very first day. Dining hall’s doors were kept open to the reception area leading to smell of cooking in the reception and hallways. Dining hall did not have brightness. Staff was courteous but buffet breakfast was not available one day from limited...
