A nice clean hotel. Worth the price which was more than reasonable. The breakfast offered with the room. Was outstanding

Clean and comfortable Staff are great!
Check in was seamless and staff were friendly and professional
The room was clean and comfortable.
The dining room was an experience to remember: superb setting attended by dedicated professional staff and truly remarkable food.
I will recommend this all my fellow travellers .
I stayed for 11 days.
Staff at the front desk are nice and attentive. Most of the breakfast and housekeeping staff are not pleasant and was just told they were too busy (i.e. being told to sit with others as I was a single and they did not have time for me at breakfast even though there were 6 empty tables, room not cleaned until after 4 and I had to leave so they could do it,...). It was frustrating to have to keep telling the front desk about issues so after awhile I did not bother. Their poor staffing issues should not be my problem.
It seems their focus is on their tour buses which wake you at early hours with their back up signals.
Rooms in need up update with broken tiles and bedding with burns,... I told housekeeping about a dripping tap and they told me it was up to me to tell the repairman. I didn't bother as I did not want to have my day taken up with this repair. My room did not lock one day and I told front staff and it was immediately repaired and the man was nice.
I got a room with a kitchenette due to my long stay. It wasn't nice and no microwave (in in this day and age).
I would not stay here again. Worth the 15 minute walk to town to stay somewhere else. It was rather pricey so I was really dissapointed.
nice quiet place, close to stores, only stayed 1 night

A Place to Sleep
We just needed a place to sleep before our very early morning flight. The alarm clock was old and not functioning very well, but we called for a wake up call which was great. They offer breakfast with the room but we were unable to partake as we had to check out before 5am. The hotel seems clean, but definitely needs some updating. We probably won't stay at this hotel again if we are in Gander.
very pleasing would stay here again ,nice staff clean rooms . good breakfast and close to Splash and putt and many Atlantic Salmon rivers to fish in from june to september tidy and up to date hotel

Sinbads Hotel Gander Newfoundland
After dealing with Expedia it was a nightmare! I made a reservation on the Friday prior to my visit. On the same day I had to change our reservation from a two night stay to a one stay. This simply process took me 3 and 1/2 hrs to do on the phone with a expedia representative. after all that when i arrived to Sinbads the girl at the front desk (Dawn) explained to me that the reservation was cancelled, she had a feeling that something was wrong. Thank goodness she kept two rooms aside for us. I am not impressed with expedia at all however extremely impressed with Sinbads staff and hotel. Excellent experinece. I would definitely recommend Sinbads to anyone.

It's getting tired, but the room was up to par.
The hallways are showing their wear, but the room was comfortable, and that is what should really matter.
I had a very positive experience. Icould not relate to a number of negative postings which I had read before my visit. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was well presented and very clean and quiet with a bed which gave me a great night sleep. In the morning there was a nice buffet breakfast in a formal dining room setting with a friendly and attentive waitress.
