The chalet itself is situated in a garden that invites you to linger, barbecue and enjoy the sunshine. The property is easily accessible by car and on foot in both winter and summer and is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Public transport stops are just a short walk away. The flat itself has 2 bedrooms and a living/dining room with a lovely balcony and offers real living comfort. The bathroom consists of a shower/WC and has been renovated, the kitchen is functionally equipped and offers comfort.
