Situated at an elevation of 230 meters above sea level, the property enjoys a quiet, sunny, and elevated position with a northwest-facing orientation. Guests can indulge in the convenience of on-site amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities. The property features a large, beautiful garden spanning 200 square meters, complete with a fenced perimeter and an angular swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 meters with a depth of 150 cm. The pool is available for seasonal use from May 1st to October 15th and is equipped with a shutter cover and a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. The house underwent renovations in 2023, resulting in beautiful and cozy furnishings throughout. The main level features an open living/dining room with a TV and international TV channels (flat screen), as well as a wood-burning stove. This level also includes a room with a TV and international TV channels (flat screen), and access to the terrace. Another room on this level is equipped with a double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a TV, and international TV channels (flat screen), also with access to the terrace. The fourth room on this level has a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen, measuring 6 square meters, is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level.

The "Villetta Felice" offers a range of amenities for your comfort and convenience during your vacation. It features underfloor heating throughout, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere.
