This vacation rental offers a private, beautiful garden where you can relax and unwind. With motor access and parking available at the house, you'll have the convenience of easy accessibility.

Venture out on the walking paths that begin just 10 meters from the house, or explore the nearby attractions such as the Parco Botanico and Falconeria. La Marea's prime location allows easy access to some of the region's most renowned lakes, including Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, and Lago di Como. Hiking enthusiasts will delight in the opportunity to explore the picturesque trails of Gambarogno, Monte Tamaro, Cardada, Centovalli, Valle Verzasca, and Vallemaggia. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that covers an area of 35 square meters and is located on the ground floor with a south-east facing position. The unit features a spacious and bright interior with modern and cozy furnishings. It has an open large living/sleeping room that includes a dining table, cable TV with international channels (flat screen), and a radio. This room provides access to the patio.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with one double bedroom equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). It has a large, open kitchen that is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) at an extra cost. The bathroom features a shower and WC. Electric heating is available throughout the unit. Additionally, the apartment has a large patio that is partly roofed, along with terrace furniture and deck chairs (2).  
  
Other Information  
This vacation apartment offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and countryside. It comes with amenities such as a safe and a hair dryer.
