Galway's Westend, The Latin Quarter, Shop Street & Eyre Square all only minutes away . There is free secure Parking is included with your stay. Our Guests can rest easy knowing that we are fully available to support you, our guest services team are available from 9am until 7pm to help with any queries you may have . The Space: This is the perfect base for a large family or group of friends . This property is spread over 4 floors and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. GF,1st,2nd & 3rd floor. The living space is open plan , kitchen - dining - living room . The space is functional and perfect for casual dining and lounging . For more formal dining the table extends to seat a larger group. The kitchen is fully equipped , see our amenity list. The space has a large screen tv and is set up for streaming from your own account. NOTEWORTHY - The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper levels. The first floor bathroom has a bath tub with an overhead shower. The bathroom is equipped with a modern vanity mirror with built in lightning. This floor has two bedrooms , one twin room ( two single beds ) and one double bedroom, both with new beds, with premium hotel standard mattresses. The second floor has a bathroom with shower. There are two double bedrooms on this floor that both have built-in wardrobes. Also with new premium beds . The third / Top floor we have the main bedroom with ensuite. Equipped with an electric shower. The bed is king size. The room is extremely spacious. There is a single size sofa bed in this room that can be set up on request for an 11th guest. We have an excellent guest services team that are available to reply to any questions or queries you may have before, during and after your stay. Our home is equipped with high speed unlimited internet which allows you to sign in to your favourite tv services on our smart Tv. The home is set up with a starter amount of tea , coffee, milk, sugar. We provide cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning supplies Inc. dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Things to note: Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is no later than 10.30am. Where possible we can allow early/late check in/out times however this is not guaranteed and by request only. Please note that local channels are not available, only streaming services that you may have. Parking: For large vehicles the clearance height for parking is 2.4m (8 ft). For vehicles below this height we have an allocated parking space for you within the complex. One of us hiked in Connemara National Park and out to Salthill, others caught the ferry to Inishmore with a return under the Cliffs of Moher (departing close to the townhome), and I explored the city—its bookstores and street art—on several long walks. It is so so close to everything, has all the amenities you could want, and was so comfortable for my parents, husband, 3 kids and me. We had a fully functional kitchen with good appliances. There was plenty of coffee and tea, which was great to have after a long drive from Dublin. Dun Aengus is the perfect location, so close to Eyre Square and all the shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The house itself is clean, bright and welcoming. Unit was in excellent shape with a good layout for multiple couples or family members. Easy to walk into the heart of the city & yet still be able to come back to privacy at your place. The bedrooms worked perfectly for our family of 10\. While not large, the kitchen worked well for breakfasts and dinners and came equipped with all of the essentials. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of downtown Galway with equally easy driving access for touring in Connemara, the Burren and the upper Shannon River valley sites. Our family heartily enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for others. ##### John H. Location was beautiful, everyone had their own room, bedding was crisp, clean, and cozy. Working in the hotel industry for 25 plus years, our entire family has extremely high expectations regarding accommodations and this place EXCEEDED all our expectations. Jown and Sinead were very responsive and could not have been kinder. There were six of us in this townhome with three teenagers. The area/location is safe and walkable. We felt very comfortable with our teenagers walking and exploring on their own. Galway now has a forever place in our heart and we cannot wait to go back. You cannot beat this location, steps away from all the best pubs with live Irish music every day/night, amazing restaurants, and the best shopping. We'll be coming back soon! The property worked very well for our group of 8\. The unit is four floors high with the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the 4th floor. There is a futon/fold out sofa listed but it isn't in great shape and was fairly uncomfortable. The beds were small but comfortable and there were even bath products like shampoo and soap which is unusual in rental units. There was quite a bit of late night noise from the group next door but they were responsive to our requests to quiet down. We could usually get enough hot water but if multiple people took showers (like in the evening) then we ran out. Washer and dryer were nice to have. ##### Kirsten Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2022
