Just minutes from Galway’s attractions , right in the heart of the city of the Tribes . This fourth-floor apartment offers high-speed internet, perfect for work-from-home guests. The Space: Our stylish, cosy, and bright loft apartment is ideally located between the connecting streets of Middle and Augustine and has views of St Augustine's church and city rooftops. Walk to everywhere of interest within minutes. The approximately 500 sq ft apartment is on the fourth floor via stairs and offers a central base for exploring Galway. Ideal for work from home guests. High speed internet. Strictly over 25s unless travelling with family. Upon entering the apartment you immediately come into a long hallway with bright natural light coming from the large skylight window. Here you can see a view of the church with it's beautiful stained glass windows and architecture. On the left is the bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. Further down the hall are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, each have skylight windows that offer blackout shades. The apartment is single level with open plan living room and kitchen with small breakfast bar area which can work as a laptop space too. There is a plush sofa and chair with coffee table and wall mounted smart Tv with access to Netflix. The kitchen is L shaped and has all major appliances, dishware and cookware for your stay. This open plan area is bright with two large skylight windows on each side of the room offering views on the church and city rooftops. Step outside and whether you turn left or right you will be in the heart of all the top spots within a few minutes walk. This really is an ideal base for couples, singles, and small families looking to check in and soak up the city sights immediately. Peace Of Mind: This property All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, laundry tabs. \*\* Please note there is not a lift in this building and access is via 4 flights of stairs. Other things to note: We do not rent to locals. \*\*Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am\*\*. The only way to get air in the place was to open the windows but since you’re on a top floor, if it rains you have to close the windows or the apartment will get puddles of water in it. Washer/dryer combo was inefficient and dyed a lot of our clothes. We had to have the dryer cycle on all day which heated up the kitchen and since it was raining (as it does often in Ireland) the room was hard to enjoy and stay in. The building itself has its own issues. If you want a super convenient location, this place would work, but I recommend staying somewhere else. ##### Emily D. Despite being nearly in the thick of things, it's along a quieter street so not too loud at night. Parking in the area is difficult, so I suggest looking at parking garages and lots if you have a car. With the windows open there is a bit of noise, mostly from the shockingly large number of birds in Galway. The process for using the parking pass the was offered with the unit was unfortunate. We were provided no information prior to check in about how to use the pass we paid 8 for. In fact, the check in instructions we got said no parking pass came with our reservation. Even if the parking information was correct at check in, the way the pass works is that you have to return a QR code on a lanyard to the unit after you have moved your car OUT of the parking garage. Very inconvenient. So much so that, since we were traveling with children, we elected to pay the garage 30 directly to avoid having to try to find street parking to return the QR code lanyard.
