With peek-a-boo views of the Gulf, this 2nd row beach home provides an unparalleled backdrop for relaxed living. High ceilings and tall windows allow natural light to flood the living spaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for both casual family meals and entertaining guests. Step onto the screened-in deck for breathtaking sunsets. The spacious master suite offers a spa-like bathroom and its own private balcony, creating a serene escape. Another bedroom with a private balcony, one more en-suite, and a bunk room make for plenty of room to unwind. Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. Up to 2 medium size dogs allowed. Pet Fee is $100 per dog. (All items listed below are available upon request, $40 per item + tax) Pack N Play High Chair Air Mattress Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. We enjoyed our girl’s getaway at this beautiful house across the street from the beach. It has a wonderful screened in patio to watch the ships (at a distance) on the ship channel. My husband and I booked 2 nights for President's Day weekend. The house was amazing and was a short walk to the beach--about 3 min. When we checked in, we noticed the WiFi did not work. This is a problem for us as we both rely on WiFi for our work. We alerted the property manger immediately and they said they would work on it. In addition, the TVs did not work so we only had local stations. Long story short, we never had WiFi. They sent a tech the morning after we reported it at 9 am (without telling us!!) and he said it was due to an outage in the area. Well, we checked with AT&T and there was no outage. If you truly want a vacation without WiFi or TV, then this is your place! But I would definitely check on this before you book in case you need it. Also, cell service is horrible in the house. Also, the garage door didn't work and half the lights needed bulb replacements -- super high ceilings so we couldn't do it ourselves. They also had a bunch of video games but no instructions on how to use. The house manual was basically one page! Anyways, house was super cute and near the beach. All in all it was a stressful and not relaxing time for us. ##### Darby M.
