The spacious living room is the heart of this vacation home, designed with your entertainment and relaxation in mind. No pets allowed Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. Some concerns that were not addressed during our stay made it not as enjoyable as it could have been. The refrigerator had a constant beep every 2 seconds that could be heard throughout the house. We had to unplug the refrigerator to turn it off. A maintenance person showed up with no resolution. Multiple calls and text's were made but the issue remained The food we bought or our trip went bad. We had to go to the market every day for food for that day which consumed the time that was meant for us to be spent together. The microwave, never worked at all. These issues should have been taken care of during our stay, but never were. Other than that the house was comfortable, well equipped, and the neighborhood was nice with easy access to local hot spots. ##### Rachel J.
