PARKING Driveway parking is available for one vehicle, and free street parking is available for up to two additional vehicles. Three vehicles max. QUIET HOURS Per Galveston City Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. You may still use the pool and outdoor areas after 10 p.m., but if you do, music must be completely turned off and other noises must be kept very low. During daytime hours, we ask for respect to neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable level. PARTIES & GUESTS Parties are not permitted. Additional guests who are not on the reservation may not come to the property. Max occupancy is 10 people. If we receive a noise complaint due to a party, you may be asked to leave without refund. POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY By renting this property, guest understands that use of the pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries. Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur.
