I booked this house for my mother in law & her girl friends to celebrate her 80th birthday. Apparently the elevator was out, which was actually foreshadowed in the listing. There was another elevator but it was a long walk for one of the ladies to their group & her take on things is that the staff was a little rude when the gals inquired. They loved the view. The beds were comfortable and there was a walk in shower. So, from where I’m sitting, it was all good. ##### Michelle F. The building is old and needs more maintenance than just fresh paint. The floor of this unit is uneven (doesn't pose a problem) and the door frame and wall to the balcony doesn't seem stable. The elevator was out of service - hauling luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor was more work than it needed to be. The gym equipment is very outdated. The location is decent - next to Walmart for groceries, across from the beach, walking distance to 61st Street Pier. I would definitely recommend having a rental car. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. We were right across from the beach and shopping for groceries was so convenient. I totally recommend the Victorian and your condo!!!
