Ambience, location, furnishings, parking are the top four priorities when searching for the perfect vacation spot. You found a hidden gem!! This is two blocks from the beach on a less than busy street. Tucked away close to the seawall with restaurants and bars within two blocks. Side porch off the living room is perfect after a long day at the beach and there is a rear deck and side patio with a shower to rinse after coming home from the beach. GVR13386 Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Allows one pet with a (non refundable pet fee $100) The backyard has a fence at the back, it is not fully enclosed Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
