This is NO WHERE near this condo and you will not hear any noise. 2\. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. The property has a beautiful pool. It’s very quiet and the location is nice. The beach is nearby and it’s lots of stores and restaurants in a close distance. The owner also let me check in early and that was greatly appreciated. Cons: My only cons will be that there was a gnat problem. I don’t know what was the cause but they were everywhere. Also, the tub was dirty when my husband went to take a shower. Lastly, the smoke alarm beeped the entire time we were there.Overall, the property is great and property manager is very responsive and has great communication.
