When mealtime rolls around, head for the bright full kitchen equipped with a cheerful, turquoise backsplash, updated appliances, and a breakfast bar. The charming bedrooms are places of pure peace with their inviting color palettes, carefully curated furnishings, and cool temperatures - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. Downstairs, the family room provides a great additional spot for the kids to tune into their weekend morning cartoons. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). The outdoor pools are unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty. Access to these amenities requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change). The upstairs and downstairs are not accessible via internal stairs. You must use the outside stairs to access the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
