The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable, and the beach is a couple hundred yards away (second row, but you have to walk down a couple houses to get to the access road.) There is a major beach replenishment project underway (June '25) which may eventually impact the closest beach for a period later this summer. Once it's done, it will be a big beach improvement. We each had our own bedroom and two shared each bathroom. There is no master suite but that worked better for us. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas. Kitchen wares extremely well stocked. I think there may have even been a crock pot! Outside deck was spacious with a clear view of the water and you could hear the waves. Location is one back from beach front and an easy walk. Probably not even 5 min! Fenced yard was such a plus because we had dogs with us. Host Paul responded quickly to every message!
