The private bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather queen sofa-sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund. 3\. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period. 4\. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Pool was a science lab ( I am not exaggerating we have a large inclosed inground pool at home and I do maintenance) it was FILTHY the two days we were there pump was not on and skimmer buckets were full of same trash. I witnessed a lady that claimed to be a “ owner” tossing her butts on the cool deck! Wow! It looks like they are doing some major repairs on street units but basic cleaning would go along way.
