The house suited our 4 families perfectly. The best part was every bedroom had a full bathroom. The house could use some minor tuneups or upgrades. The bedroom furniture that had fabric on them were growing mold, several door frames and kitchen cabinets were slightly broke or the hinges were very loose. The TV in the bunk room for the kids had nothing on it to watch or the ability to stream. The dryer took 3 hours to dry 3-4 towels.
