Whether you're preparing snacks in the sleek kitchen or lounging in the spacious living room, this home flows effortlessly for family fun and downtime alike. With an open floor plan, a gleaming white kitchen, stainless steel appliances, an island that seats three, and a dining table for six, this beach house is ideal for gathering, entertaining, and simply unwinding in total bliss.  
  
Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and style. On the first floor, the king suite offers a plush escape with a smart TV, private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and cozy coastal design touches that invite restful nights. Upstairs, the second king suite feels like a private retreat with its own ensuite bathroom and exclusive access to a deck that overlooks the peaceful pond and bay—an ideal perch for morning coffee or sunset views. A queen bedroom offers a calm, inviting space with a smart TV and soft, neutral styling perfect for unwinding. The fourth bedroom is a stylish bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV—perfect for kids or the young-at-heart to kick back after beach adventures. The third floor offers an awesome game room complete with foosball and arcade games along with a WiFi connected TV where kids can connect their gaming systems. The sofa also contains a pull out bed that provides enough room for 2 to sleep comfortably.

Points forts : Propreté

The house was beautiful. The listing does not list that you have to go down the road to the main office to get wristbands, we were under the impression that they would be at the house when we got there. The owner’s voicemail was full but replied to text quickly. You also will receive a code to enter amenities when you get your wristbands… you can’t do any amenities without either the wristbands and the code. The pier to get to the beach was super long - no fault of anyone’s of course, it just wasn’t anticipated. I would recommend taking a wagon for all of your beach items. The property was nice and well kept. The game room was super hot, we couldn’t get it to cool below 78, even with the air set at parameters. Overall, minor inconveniences. We had a great stay. They had plenty of towels, games, and kitchen necessities. Would stay again.
