This multi-level getaway blends style and fun with gorgeous indoor spaces, multiple decks for Gulf breezes, and a game-packed garage area that’s sure to be a hit with guests of all ages. Pelican Perch has all the touches of home, plus the conveniences of a guest-centric beach house. Pull into the private driveway, unpack, settle in, and let the stress melt away. Inside, the main floor greets you with bright, open living spaces and tons of natural light streaming in through a wall of windows. The spacious sectional is the perfect place to kick back for a movie night or plan your day’s beach adventures. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening appetizers. The dining area seats eight, making it easy to gather for meals. This level also includes a king bedroom with a private sitting area, TV, and direct deck access, as well as a shared Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the hallway. Sheets pillows bedding towels all decent and like new. Not luxury but certainly acceptable and new so no stains. This condos porches have direct sun in the morning but great in the evening. Back porches aren’t big enough for sitting and right by loud ac units. The microwave didn’t heat food which was annoying. It worked but wouldn’t heat food. When I tried to change power settings it had been locked so you couldn’t change. Same with AC. There was some override set so it kept going back up to 88 the first night.
