Casa de la Playa (JB#: STR25-000084) is a recently renovated beach house on a canal right off the bay and ready for you to enjoy spectacular views at sunrise or sunset, great fishing or just relaxing with the family in the spacious accommodations inside and outside the house. Enjoy swimming in the canal or take a short 5 minute drive to the beach and then come back at night to reel in some fish for dinner. Families welcome! Please no parties! The house has three qualified bedrooms upstairs and two additional rooms downstairs. Two of the rooms upstairs have queen beds and one with two twin beds. The two rooms downstairs both have full size. There is also a living area with sofas and TVs upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room for the family to stretch out! The upstairs has two full baths and the downstairs has one full bath. The washer and dryer are located downstairs. The house was very clean and the bed’s comfortable. The HVAC system worked great. There was 9 of us and we never ran out of hot water. When we arrived, there was an issue that was unavoidable.
