For a change of scenery, discover two gorgeous pools within the Pointe West Beach Club, offering a wealth of amenities for all ages. From the infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean, a hot tub, children’s pool, seasonal restaurant and bar, fitness room, gift shop and game room for the kids. The Sunset Pool features a heated lazy river, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor grills. Feel free to bring your own refreshments to Sunset Pool and enjoy the ultimate in relaxation and fun. As the sun sets over the horizon, return to Tidewater Breeze and delight in the breathtaking views from one of three decks, two expansive Galveston Bay-facing balconies and one ocean-facing balcony. Whether gathered with loved ones or enjoying a quiet moment of reflection, the coastal vistas offer a picturesque backdrop to your evenings. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast, boasting stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Share laughter and stories around the spacious dining table for eight, or unwind in the sunlit living area, complete with comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi/streaming services. An expansive deck overlooks a beautiful pond and water feature with views of Galveston Bay. At the end of the day, retire to one of four inviting bedrooms, each offering comfortable bedding and a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The master suite beckons with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a garden tub and a private bay-facing deck, perfect for memorable moments under the stars. The second bedroom features a queen bed with en suite bathroom and private ocean-facing deck with views of the beach and surf. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The bunk room accommodation includes two sets of comfy twin bunk beds. There is also a downstairs shower to rinse off after enjoying the beach with the provided toys, chairs, cart and coolers. Venture beyond the retreat for a day of exploration in downtown Galveston, just thirty minutes away, for attractions like Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and Schlitterbahn water park. For the adults in the group, the Strand Historic District offers nightlife and entertainment. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby San Luis Pass County Park offers a free boat launch, providing easy access to water adventures. The launch is ten minutes away and a $2 toll is required to cross the bridge. Please note, guests wishing to access Pointe West amenities must register with the Beach Club PRIOR TO ARRIVAL and pay a $25 resort fee per guest. Upon arrival at the Beach Club, wrist bands and a gate code will be provided for access during your stay. The Sunset Pool is heated and can be enjoyed year-round. The Beach Club pool is not heated and may be chilly during the Fall and Winter months. Both hot tubs are available year-round. A fee of $25 will be charged to replace a lost wrist band. A guest must be at least 25 years old to book and younger guests must be accompanied by a guardian. The outside of the house is monitored using video cameras for security purposes and to verify that our rental policies are upheld. Up to two dogs are allowed with owner approval. Dogs must be over one year old and less than 30 pounds. A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay for each dog will be charged. There are three nice sized bedrooms with their own bathrooms and each with great natural lighting. Light colors and cool air made for a relaxing stay. There is a fourth bedroom on the top floor with bunks. The dining area and family room are open and roomy. Great decks and a lot of lower level space for hanging out and storing gear. There are nice running/walking paths throughout the neighborhood and the best part is that the beach is so close and not at all crowded. Plenty of room to play in the water and sand. The beach is just a short walk and the stretch of it by the house was very isolated. We enjoyed both of the pools. We liked being further away from the city and it was a very quiet area. The house itself had some maintenance issues. We couldn’t use one of the bathrooms from the time we checked in on Saturday until late Tuesday morning (toilet lever broken and could only be flushed by reaching in the tank and pulling the chain, shower drain extremely backed up). Easter Sunday was that weekend, so it could be why it took awhile for repairs, but they were handled. I’m surprised those weren’t reported/fixed before our stay because they were like that immediately upon our arrival. Also, the outlets didn’t work in at least two bathrooms and jacuzzi jets don’t work in master bath. It’s not as pristine in some places we’ve stayed in, but it’s a beach house and we had kids with us, so it didn’t bother us much. Overall, we had a great time and had enough space for our two families to spread out! ##### Beth S. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is wonderful, and so is the house. We had everything we needed, and the owners absolutely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great experience. I even left a personal item at the house after our stay ended, and they retrieved it for us and worked with us and made sure we got it back. We will definitely book with them again. The home is spacious and well appointed with just about everything you could possibly need while on vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the hammock. The beach is a short walk away and so peaceful. The hosts are fantastic — super communicative and helpful. Thanks for the memories. It was a trip to remember! ##### Shannon C. Beach access was so convenient and very nice beach. The house was equipped with most of the beachy things we needed. The house had all of the amenities for a baby, cooking, and grilling. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Only downside was the bugs were so bad that we didn’t get to use the lower outside patio space. ##### Anne R. The house was great and in a perfect spot. It was quiet and relaxing. Kids loved the beach and the pool area. Took a couple trips into Houston while we were there for the zoo and the Astros game. Comfortable. 2 Outside decks face west, so the sun and the heat made it uncomfortable to enjoy in the afternoon and evening. The house was spacious enough to accommodate us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! That was a plus, in addition to the outside shower that we took advantage of. It was especially helpful for the kids when we came in from the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The downstairs patio was inundated with flies that prevented any eating at the picnic table. Probably due to the proximity of the trash cans. I’m not sure why they were so prevalent. There was no food or open containers in the vicinity. Overall a nice property! Beautiful setting! ##### Rita M. We had relatives in town, so we were 3 couples plus kids, so the bunk bed room was a big hit for the cousins to have a slumber party. Big balconies overlooking the pond and just a short walk to the beach — this was our 2nd stay at the house and we will definitely come back! ##### Molly Y. Very responsive host! A little off the main drag but great beach access. Surface clean but cleaning crew needs to do a deep clean....fans, vents, garbage can, move furniture to vacuum, base boards ect. Over all we would recommend and return. ##### Meredith C.
