THE ACTUAL UNIT IS NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION!\*\*\* \*\*\*The heated pool will be under construction starting August 18, 2025\. Reopening is anticipated to be on November 14th. Thanks for understanding!\*\*\* Barefoot Sunrise!! The best place to be to enjoy the sunrise while you drink your morning coffee! Gorgeous 1/1 with bunk beds overlooking the ocean. Living room also features a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen so you have all the necessities if you choose to dine in. There is a large granite peninsula with plenty of seating to sit and share stories of your day while you enjoy your meal. There is a cozy corner reading nook in the living room or a reading light over the bed for those who want to wind down with a good read. Your host will have a welcome cooler with goodies waiting for you on your arrival. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Barefoot Sunrise. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. ​​​​​​​Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121\. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows: 1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax 2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla. 3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day. Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! All services and fees are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Everything is within walking distance. I would suggest improving the pots and pans and dishes as some have been used quite a lot but it is absolutely amazing!!! ##### Morgan M. Exterior being worked on but interior is nicely updated. We travelled with 2 adults and 4 school age kids. The space is compact but designed for efficiency. Hack this house would be proud. The bunk beds are built in essentially where an entry closet would be but it worked well for the kids. Haven’t seen this before but great idea for kids. We were out and about beach, moody gardens etc. So in unit lounging was minimal. If having older kids or more adults it would probably be a little small. There is a fee for parking separate from the booking that was a surprise but probably was in the listing I just overlooked. ##### Andre L. You can see the ocean from the balcony (which was still closed for maintenance- will be much better once balcony is available again) and all we had to do to get to the beach was walk across the street. It would definitely be good for them to have a broom in the condo as we brought lots of sand back, but as someone else had mentioned the lack of broom we ended up bringing one with us. Condo had everything we needed. Had a wonderful time. ##### Amber B.
