The property manager messaged every question we had before we asked, we didn't have any contact with neighbors everyone kept to themselves. We had two teenage boys, one preteen, a toddler, and three adults and we have more than enough room for everyone. The location of thw house was amazing, within minutes of the seawall and all the attractions but the private type beach access was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again! ##### Kandice W. It was a relaxing enjoyable stay. We loved the view over the pond starting with the sunrise over the ocean. Watching the birds all day and fish jumping in the pond was enjoyable. We let the girls put a net in the pond and it was easy to catch some crabs and small fish, which the girls thought was great.We enjoyed being so close to Galveston as well.The beach was perfect, it is like a private neighborhood beach because the cars can't drive on that strech of the beach. So we really enjoyed going to the beach, building sand castles, finding shells, swimming... It was spring break and we could see how busy the beach was on either side of this strech while we enjoyed lots of space.The grill set up and picnic table and chairs below were nice. We used the grill every night. The 2 showers downstairs came in so handy after time at the beach, especially for the kids.The house worked really well for us. Both the porches were nice and bigger than they looked on the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the porch, the kids liked playing out there.Chris was very responsive and solved any issue we had so we don't have complaints. We would definitely stay again. I think the location was a great find, I liked the view and pond better than being right on the beach.Thanks for the great experience! ##### Lori G.
