The beds are sooooo comfortable, the house was very clean. The house is located very close to the beach, stores, restaurants and many more places. We were impressed and really enjoyed this stay. The house was everything it says in listing. Great quiet neighborhood location. Well taken care of house, clean with basic amenities. Had to make a phone call for the code, which I thought was going to be emailed. I was frantically searching, but they answered right away. The kitchen was sparse, we've had other rentals worth condiments, spices and foil. There was also no disinfecting wipes or spray. They had plenty of dishes and even measuring cups. The oven was in an awkward situation and only opened halfway. This is only a problem if you're trying to cook something big or heavy, we just made cinnamon rolls. The downstairs outdoor living area was super fun and would be perfect for teens playing video games. The houses are very close together, so if you're needing privacy, this might not be for you. We weren't bothered. Beds were comfortable, including the pullout and linens/towels provided were plenty and great quality. 2 king size beds is really great for extended families or multiple couples, our teenager thought he was the king.
