The communication was awesome with the rental folks..however, the Casa Del Mar employee charged us $43 dollars to park for less than 24hrs. The space, however was a disappointment. It is much smaller than the picture shows, I genuinely thought it looked bigger and nicer and was willing to pay more for that for my sister and my visit as she is from out of town. There are dingy spots on the side of the tub, and we were never able to get the shower to work in spite of communication with the owner. The screen door was rusted, unattached, and leaned against the wall in the balcony. The cheapest, plastic porch chairs on the balcony with a peeling, aged tiny table. Bedding and pillows were all of very low quality. The heated pool outside was nice if a bit cold, and all the dishes and kitchen things provided were handy. The owners were very attentive to our needs and concerns. The room was cozy, the view was fantastic and the overall experience was just what we needed. When you feel at home and you know that it is not your home, then you know that you are in a warm place.
