Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. "Fore Sail" offers the perfect location, Front Row Ocean Front and next to the Beach Club. Breathtaking views from the shaded, private balcony. This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in shower and more! This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (one is a twin over full and the other is a twin over twin) and 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. This condo is ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation! A storage locker is provided with this unit. Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds. The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional. Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. \*Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of: • Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river • Hot tubs • Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room • Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year. • The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM. Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing. Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Check in: 4 PM • Check out: 10 AM • Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase. • All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required. Property is well maintained for beach front exposures. Sunrise is spectacular. Condo is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some "freshening up." For some reason the A/C is not taking the bulk of the moisture out of the air. A dehumidifier was available and used, but it had to be emptied at least three times a day. This was not needed the first time we stayed at the property in 2022\. Both our stays were in late September/early October. Would we stay at the condo again? Yes. However, this time we rented Fore Sail and all I can say is location, location, location!!! It was amazing. Parking spot is 50 ft from eleavator, elevator is 25 ft from room door. Made loading and unloading a breeze. Condo is right next to beach club. You are steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. Located in between 2 individual beach access walk ways!! Sep 11, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Listing accuracy I’ve rented this property many times and I don’t know what’s going on, but even though I write things up and let them know about it they never fix for example windows that can’t be locked. We showed up in the house had not been completely cleaned and beds made items were broken in the refrigerator like shelves The smell of mold even a black spot in the roof. What a wonderful family vacation we had here. The location was so incredible, just minutes walk to the beach and right next to the pool/bar area. It was so well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The back deck was very large and a great area to overlook the ocean and relax. We wish there were better window coverings when sleeping at night since we were right by the main pool. The master bedroom was brighter than we are use to. Our condo was so nice, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful views! The pool at the beach resort was amazing. Very clean. Lots of chairs and areas to gather. However, it was not clean. Our feet were black after walking on it barefoot only a couple hours. There were stains on the bedsheets and towels and the place smelled musty and grimey. Swifter, Clorox wipes, Lysol and febreeze made all the difference. The dryer broke and within an hour they had responded, got someone to come out the next day and a new one by 24 hrs.
