Upstairs, unwind in one of the four cozy bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a comfy king-sized bed, perfect for parents seeking some well-deserved rest. And to add to that rest, the primary bathroom has a beautiful standalone tub for soaking. Another bedroom offers the same luxurious touch with a king bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. For added flexibility, the fourth bedroom provides a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Rounding out this floor is another bathroom for the secondary bedrooms to share. Endless Summer\`s fun extends outside too! A large deck off the living room invites you to enjoy al fresco meals or soak up the sun. Need a cool escape? Find it under the shade with a refreshing sea breeze. The expansive backyard is the perfect place for creating lasting memories. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. It was a nice location being close to the beach and a 20 minute drive to the cruise terminal. The house fit us all comfortably and the kids enjoyed the game room. We had planned to go to Destin but had to change plans due to a hurricane ( Milton ). The house was very much in keeping with the online pictures. The pool was a perfect size. We initially had some reservations due to some reviews suggesting that the cleanliness was questionable. We however found the home & grounds very clean & well maintained. ##### Gary P. Pros: Great location. Close to everything and just a short drive to the water. It was nice to have a separate TV in the game room for the kids. The pool was wonderful. Nice patio area around it, ledges around the sides to sit and enjoy the sun. Second fridge/freezer by front door was great for drinks and extra ice. Gas range and dining room was nice to cook and entertain. Plenty of plates, cups and silverware. We used the grill and enjoyed the high top chairs on the back deck. The weather was great so we never had to adjust the air conditioning but there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms which was nice. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable couch and tv with lots of options. Came with plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee and filters. Cons: Awkwardly steep driveway. Can’t park a vehicle at the top and easily get out so we just parked towards the bottom. No working light on the front of the house. This became difficult when door dashing at night. Has a distinct “musky” smell but we got used to it and attributed it to the proximity to the beach. The flooring was in pretty rough shape. Lots of curled up edges and cracks which, in the upstairs bathroom, became a tripping hazard. While the kitchen was well stocked, there was no broom or basic cleaning supplies.. We had to go buy them. You can’t really go a week without sweeping at a beach house. I thoroughly enjoyed the location and the pool, and there was ample space to accommodate our entire group comfortably. Master bath tub would not hold water. We noticed trash behind the nightstand and under the sofa. Kitchen could have been better equipped only two very small pans. Needed a larger one to cook breakfast tacos. No serving bowls to make a pasta salad. Home needs some TLC especially the floors in master. Pool was nice. The mosquitoes were swarming at the front door and back yard. All that being said i would stay here again. The price was right and the location was good. Mostly it’s hard to find dog friendly locations. The place was tidy and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room very much! The location of the place is close to everything, but far enough from the busyness, which was great!! The host was amazing kept us well informed of house rules and regulations. Check in and out was easy. The flooring need to be redone in some places, we couldn’t use the bath tub because one of the handles was broken off, but there were showers, however the water pressure wasn’t good in the master bathroom.
