This four bedroom, two bath home sits on a corner lot with mature trees, a fully fenced yard, and three comfortable porches. With room for up to ten guests and thoughtful features for families, groups, and pets, this home is designed to make travel easy and relaxing. The layout is ideal for mixed age groups. Downstairs, you will find a private queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk in shower, perfect for grandparents or anyone who prefers fewer stairs. A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra flexibility for larger groups. Upstairs, three bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower combination. These include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The large living area provides plenty of room to gather, unwind, or spread out. A fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer make extended stays simple and comfortable. The home is cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans for hot coastal days. Owner is responsive to texts and emails. House was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked. The bathrooms are on the smaller side as it is an older house, but we did fine even with adults and children sharing space. Outlets were available in every room. Fans in every room. TVs in most rooms. Toilet paper, paper towels, linens and bath towels, bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and kitchen supplies provided. Parking is available on two streets, closer to east end but close to everything really. Quiet neighborhood.
