The house is new and well laid out and decorated. The location is ideal and within 5 minutes to Schlitterbahn, Rainforest Cafe, Kroger, Landry's and more. It is rare to find a nice, new home in such a prime location. We didn't have any issues or need to contact the owner during our stay but the welcome email was prompt and informative. If your looking for a meticulous clean home to stay, this is it. Plenty of linens and well stocked home with all the basic necessities you would need. Had to contact the Host a few times and got a quick response every time. Only 2 negatives: 1) Everyone had a hard time finding the place because the address for the house is on Stewart but the entrance is actually around the corner. 2) The area is not completely fenced in and as we sat outside we witnessed someone getting arrested across the street—made us a little concerned but overall it was a great trip.
