Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Unapproved animals are fined $250 by HOA. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit. Lovely 1 bedroom Condo with Queen size bed, Queen size sofa-bed and bunk beds for two at Seascape Condos in Galveston (We also have Seascape property 1305485 and a Galveston canal house 2060833). Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!). If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs. Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account). Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite. TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA. This is the Scott family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or family vacation. We loved being able to sit on the deck in the mornings and see the surf. (Unfortunately we mostly had a view of the RV park.) Everything we needed was provided. We appreciated the security guard most of all, as he directed us to our unit. The smoke alarm went on once just in our unit and then the next night for the entire complex! ##### Areta C. The quick access to the beach without the need to either pay to park or cross Seawall Blvd is HUGE to me. The security was a nice addition. The pool was nice as well. Plus, there were many extras included in the condo, such as beach, chairs, beach cart, beach toys, umbrella, and fishing poles. Would recommend! ##### Jessie L. Well stocked with absolutely everything you would need. I did donate a new hand held can opener. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. We had such a good time. Loved that there was beach wagon and 4 beach chairs there for us to use. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you want to cook. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool and hot tubs onsite are so nice to have after a day on the beach Our only complaints were that the mattress on the bed was very noisy with every little movement so it was hard not to disturb the other person in the bed and that the mirror in the bathroom is in bad condition. Hosts were very welcoming and had great communication. ##### Terri W. Really SMALL. No ice maker, the double bed makes a lot of noise when you move or roll. However they had a wagon, fishing poles and chairs for fishing and beach going.
