The house was great and very equipped. I loved the fact that we did not have to bring towels at all - beach towels or any other. The kitchen had anything you could need/want! The balcony was amazing and the perfect morning coffee spot. The mosquitoes were so bad when we were there that we didn’t get to enjoy the space below the house. But, the hose and outdoor shower were great for rinsing sand from the beach and to each the golf carts! We did have our AC condensate and leak a bit inside, but the property management was quick to get an AC repairman out to clear the clogged drain line and ensure we were not without cold AC for any of our stay. The owner was easy to contact. My only complaint would be the poor housekeeping. The furniture was very dusty, refrigerator dirty, windows and counters tops were dirty. The owner was notified and promptly advised she would send over housekeeping to clean better. I appreciated that offer but had already unloaded and tidied up myself. The home is close to the beach and easy access with a golf cart. It’s a wonderful home. ##### Cindy L. It has lots of room and seating on the patios and porches. The area under the home is large and plenty of parking is available. It's a short walk or ride to the beach and is located on a quiet road with low traffic. The homeowner made checking in and out very easy, was extremely pleasant to work with and was always available to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family and plan to it rent again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! ##### Veronica E.
