It’s a few blocks away from the beach, but very walkable. Neighborhood was fine, but parking is limited to one vehicle. We brought our dog as well; the house was fine for the dog but our only complaint was there wasn’t much real grass for potty breaks. He would get burrs stuck in his feet and ours and would just have to walk him to better grass. Outside of that, we had a wonderful time and the house was a great location to lots of places. We had no problem with noise or anything at the house. It was perfect! The only thing you need to bring is shampoo and food everything else is provided! We were very happy with our stay.
