With a king bed, comfy living area, and access to shared outdoor spaces, it’s a peaceful escape close to the beach, The Strand, and local dining. SUITE IS LOCATED IN A SHARED HOME. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles on the street. Street parking only. Located on the second floor of a beautiful historic property, the Pearl Suite offers a private, cozy space ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Inside, the bedroom features a plush king bed, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The suite’s full bathroom and compact kitchen provide everything you need for a relaxed stay, whether you’re brewing coffee before a morning stroll or winding down after exploring the island. Outside, enjoy access to the home’s shared yard, complete with picnic tables, a BBQ pit, and a fire pit perfect for quiet evenings or social nights with fellow travelers. The Pearl Suite is one of three private units within this historic Galveston home, offering a blend of privacy, charm, and shared community space in one inviting coastal setting. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees.
