The hotel needs a lot of updating. The carpet everywhere needs replacing. The pool and hot tub are TINY and the water did not look clean! The breakfast left A LOT to be desired. The coffee was always empty.

While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve.
