Location is great BUT... a/c is right by the bed, FREEZING!! Lamps hardly wanted to work, phone to call front desk did not work! Our room was never cleaned or restocked after our first night there! I went to the front desk to ask for clean bath towels and the young girl stated she would get someone to get them. Well, that never happened! We found the room where the towels are and grabbed them ourselves. In the bathroom, the vent never worked. The moisture dripped on the toilet seat all day long. Good luck not getting wet when you needed to use it! Total DISAPPOINTMENT!

Nice hotel, disappointing service

The room was nice, beds were very comfortable, and the AC was great... BUT the staff and service were very bad. We were there for 5 nights, the key card was turned off daily, and we'd have to go back to the desk each evening, and have them get a new keycard. The housekeeping staff would remove and replace dirty towels. But they just removed the glasses and coffee cups, never replaced them. They never emptied the trash. The breakfasts were poor. bread for toast, waffles, powdered eggs, and really fatty sausage patties, cereal, and milk. Juice and coffee. No really cream, just powdered cream. Every nice rooms, beds/AC were very comfortable. Sad, won't take much to make it a really nice place. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very nice room with a great view of the ocean! Great location to the popular places to see. We will be using them again in the future.

Carpet smelled, doors did not lock to balcony, and safety latch was missing on room door to hall . Towels were ruff , sink was cracked . Just would not chose again Location was good .

Hotel location was fantastic! However the hotel was in poor condition. Lobby seemed nice, but the room was a bit different. At first when I walked in it seemed ok, but the more i looked the more i found! The desk chair had a massive rip in the leather. It looked as if the AC filter hadnt been changed in over a year, it was so bad that i went to turn the ac down to cool the room of from 75 degrees and found it was set on 45 and wasnt cooling at all! One of the beds had hair in it like the maids didnt bother cleaning it! There were stains in the carpet. The dresser drawers wouldnt stay closed, i had to wedge a folded piece of paper in them to keep them shut! Its a good thing that i brought shampoo because there wasnt any in the bathroom! I did have conditioner though....pretty sure those two things go hand in hand! Lamps had burnt out bulbs and missing switches. Half of the electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls....to some it up ive stayed in roach motels that were nicer than this place!!! Only thing it has going for it is location, other than that.....complete sh*t hole!

It’s in a great location but the hotel needs some updates. Room had a musty smell. Asked to be changed but it was bad too. Pool area is need of work as well. The ceiling is in pretty bad shape. Carpets all over need cleaning. Will not stay there again.
