We had a great experience! Great room, great staff and loved the view!!! I will be back there. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice!

3 day adult weekend

The lobby is beautiful. I reserved a king room but was viven a double. Not a buge deal but it botheted my husand. There does not seem to be a lot of sound proofing and the area is a little noisy. I agree with other reviews in regards to the condition of the hotel. There are maintenence and house keeping issues that if delta with would increase this hotels star rating. There is a lot of rust, dirty carpets, the hot tub jets are so week they are nonexistent, our patio doors kept popping open and beside lamp had a very difficult button to push. Breakfast is better than most but if you're going to serve potatoes and chicken fried steak please provide gravy. I would stay here again but would want to see improvement before staying a 3rd time.

Great Quality Hotel

We loved the location because it's a 3 minute walk away from Pleasure Pier which has the restaurant, Bubba Gumps, on it. Bunch of rollercoasters and a Ferris wheel as well that would be enjoyable in the summer. Great quality. No complaints.

The check in was nice and friendly. The room was nice but the cleaning need to be better. The tub has black mold on it. If you stay extra night towels did get replacement . It has a indoor pool did know. So we didn't use it. We didn't have the continental breakfast.

Nice, clean, safe, kid friendly, and comfortable place to stay. It's walking distance to restaurants and across the street from the beach plus a beautiful lounge. They have a shuttle to the cruise ship and you can park your car during your cruise length for a minimal fee. The full breakfast is great for the rate.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

Cons: The Cleanness of the room needs to be improved , when we entered room the floor was still needed vacuumed and in bathroom behind door had not cleaned.
We took our elder Mother to Galveston for Thanksgiving and Family all came , we loved the closeness of the hotel to the Beach . The Staff was Great they let us use the Breakfast room as our Thanksgiving Dinner Room and we decorated it all up. Thank You to Ben the front desk gentleman he was so helpful in whatever we needed . The indoor pool was great as well .
