Location: great location,close to pleasure pier,restaurants,shopping
Had no problems at all,very happy with hotel Staff very friendly,close to everything,good free breakfast,very happy and would stay again.

First I would like to say that I very rarely leave reviews. When I do it is because of an exceptional experience or one that we were less than satisfied with. There was a large stain as we walked into our room that looked like blood. Both beds had dirty sheets that obviously had not been changed from previous guests stay. Spoke to the gentleman at the desk & he apologized & offered to change us to a different room. We decided on clean sheets & change them ourselves. Breakfast on a scale of 1 to 10 would be a 3. Both toasters were broken, warm items were not tasty & empty pastry areas. The parking is VERY limited. You have to park on the street if you don't get a spot in the small lot. Keys would not work at the pool. One of the two elevators made horrible screeching sounds. After breakfast we went to our room to find none of our keys worked. Went to front desk, she rekeyed our keys. Went back to our room only to find that still none of our keys worked. Another trip to the front desk and she finally got them to work. The fire alarm went off 3 times during the night. There were no fires. The morning girl at the front desk wasn't customer oriented, she was very slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing. The gentleman the night before was the exact opposite, the hotels inside appearence is clean, location is across from the seawall & a short walk to pleasure pier.

One night stay

This is a very nice hotel but the elevator smelt very bad. Other than that it was good. Very close to the beach so you can walk instead of payinh for parking.

Comfortable hotel near beach & restaurants

Probably the last time I will use Expedia. Wanted to change the number of days to stay (less by one day). They said great news, the hotel did not charge you for cancelation, we can refund you a very small portion off one day. I said, Forget it I'll keep the extra day......... P. S. Customer service individual could barely speak or understand English. Bye Expedia

Very nice hotel on the beach.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Laundry facility, breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Cons: Champagne at the door would be great and cookie bags.
Location: Bubba Gump Shrimp Company is across the street on the pier with the carnival rides. That is the best place to eat.
Yes, stay here. Great price, close to restaurants, comfortable beds, clean room and right across the street from the beach. The breakfast is excellent. I would stay here again.

We had a great experience! Great room, great staff and loved the view!!! I will be back there. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice!

3 day adult weekend

The lobby is beautiful. I reserved a king room but was viven a double. Not a buge deal but it botheted my husand. There does not seem to be a lot of sound proofing and the area is a little noisy. I agree with other reviews in regards to the condition of the hotel. There are maintenence and house keeping issues that if delta with would increase this hotels star rating. There is a lot of rust, dirty carpets, the hot tub jets are so week they are nonexistent, our patio doors kept popping open and beside lamp had a very difficult button to push. Breakfast is better than most but if you're going to serve potatoes and chicken fried steak please provide gravy. I would stay here again but would want to see improvement before staying a 3rd time.
