We did not realize the Strand was 15 miles east, as well as the Seawall stores and shops were quite a distance from our stay. But we enjoyed the peaceful setting and fishing right off the canal. Laura was tops in checking on us to be sure we had everything we needed. One notable takeaway that we all had was that the furniture from couches to chairs on the patio and especially the beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed to be quality for comfort.
