This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal. ● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Fun loft space with an open concept, making it easy to spend time with family. Plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal night for a night in. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Beaches five minutes away. ##### Kelly S. We stayed here the night before our cruise and I love that you could see the cruise ship out the front window the next morning! Close to downtown, family friendly! Feb 6, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Cozy Stay Over We had a one-night stay prior to our cruise so we looked for a place relatively close to the cruise port, so we chose this loft downtown. The loft was all that we had expected. Finding the entrance was a little confusing but we did find the door. Once in the loft was spacious and the 6 of us got a great night rest. It is walking distance from a lot of things. We found a nice little local coffee shop a half block away where we got breakfast before checking out. I would stay there again if ever in Galveston in the future. ##### Mark K.
