Only a 2-minute drive from the beach and the Galveston Pleasure Pier, as well as The Strand shopping district. You are close to everything the island has to offer. Relax by the firepit in the backyard and soak up island vibes. Please note, being a duplex, the outdoor amenities are shared with the downstairs unit. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Midtown neighborhood of Galveston, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a two minute drive from the Historic Pleasure Pier and the beaches at the seawall. ● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Three restful bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, ensure a good night\`s sleep for everyone. A fourth room provides additional sleeping space with a twin-sized bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. The full bathroom, conveniently located off the kitchen, is easily accessible from all bedrooms. And for larger groups, there\`s even a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, offering extra sleeping arrangements. Head outside to the backyard for some additional fun! Roast marshmallows around the firepit after a day at the beach, just a 2-minute drive away. There\`s also space for yard games and picnic tables, perfect for al fresco dining under the Texas sky. You couldn’t enjoy back there because of the smell & kids couldn’t play back there. Just FYI - this is only for the bottom floor as the top floor is a separate rental. House was cute, but small.
